Shipping (United States)
We are pleased to offer complimentary 2-day shipping on all U.S. orders. Delivery is typically completed within 2 business days after shipment.
Order Processing
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) will ship the next business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (EST) on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window
- U.S. Orders: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- International Orders: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
- Jewelry: Must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, each item is subject to its own 30-day return window, starting from the date that specific item was delivered.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn (tried on for fit only)
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- Clean and free of lint, hair, or debris
- Returned in original condition with all tags attached
Please Note: Trying on items is permitted; however, items must not be worn beyond fitting purposes (e.g., no event wear).
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.
Return Policy Enforcement
R’CHELLE CLAUDE reserves the right to limit, refuse, or reject returns at our discretion under the following circumstances:
- Excessive or irregular return patterns suggesting “wardrobing”
- Repeated returns of worn, altered, damaged, or incomplete items
- Suspected fraudulent or abusive activity
- Bulk purchases, including multiple sizes or variations of the same style
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers provide estimated delivery dates only. Delays may occur in rare circumstances and are beyond our control.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are processed and shipped within approximately 2–4 weeks from the order date. Delivery timelines may vary based on production.
Missing Orders
If you believe your order or items are missing, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date for assistance.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes, which are prepaid at checkout. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are non-refundable.
